Basic Guide Lines for Magliner Hand Truck Users

Magliner Hand Truck is a Folding Handtruck that converts to a platform truck. Carry normal loads, or push a lever, and carry twice the volume in the platform truck mode. Lightweight, yet strong enough to carry up to 300kg.
When you want to use the Magliner Hand Truck:
Do not overload the truck in either weight or bulk.

Do not use the handtruck as a prying device to free heavy objects; the structure can be overloaded and weakened; failure may occur during future use.

If the load is too heavy for one person to control, lighten the load.

Load standard handtrucks in a vertical position as opposed to horizontal position (except Gemini range which can be loaded horizontally).

Place light loads on top of heavy loads.

Where possible push the nose under stacked load rather than placing units onto the truck one at a time, to reduce potential back strain.

Keep the load low enough to see over.

Watch for obstructions such as curbs and debris.

Lift with legs, not back and arms.

Proceed slowly, especially around blind corners.

Use care on inclines to prevent load from escaping, do not overload on inclines, and lighten loads when necessary.

Park handtrucks out of the way in an upright position with the nose flat on the floor.

Use common sense and the right handtruck to reduce load-handling injuries.

Ensure strap is tight and locked into position prior to moving the load.
